We use GLS for deliveries in the Republic of Ireland. Deliveries outside Ireland are made by special arrangement. If you are located outside the ROI and wish to make a purchase please contact us at email@example.com
Online Returns Policy
Right To Cancel
Subject to the terms set out below, when you purchase online you have the right to cancel your contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire fourteen (14) days after the goods are received by you.
You then have a further fourteen (14) days to return the goods to us following your notification to us of your intent to return the goods.
The goods must be returned in the original packaging, along with any accessories and/or free gifts received with them.
You may examine the goods but you must not open them.
Whilst the goods are in your possession you must take reasonable care of them.
Prior to returning the goods, please contact our Customer Care Team at firstname.lastname@example.org who will guide you through our returns procedure.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us at Supreme Pet Foods Limited, Ground Floor, 8-9 Marino Mart, Clontarf, Dublin. D03 P590 of your decision to cancel your contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).
If you cancel your contract, a full refund of the value of the goods returned to us, including the delivery element of the returned item, will be made to you providing the returned goods are as described above.
Refunds can only be processed when we receive the goods, or you provide evidence of the return of the goods, whichever occurs first.
Refunds for the returned goods will then be processed without undue delay.
In the event that we offer to collect the goods, reimbursement will be made no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of your decision to cancel the contract.
All refunds are subject to the goods and packaging remaining intact and undamaged.
Refunds will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any additional fees as a result of such reimbursement.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us. If the goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, we can arrange for the goods to be collected from you.
Please include your transaction number in all communications.
Any breakages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com
If in the event that a manufacturing fault occurs within the warranty period, Please let us know as soon as possible.
